SERVICE

Laminating  Our laminating equipment offers laminated roll goods. We can laminate foam to foam in different densities and thicknesses; in addition, we can laminate foam on to a variety of traditional and high tech fabrics for the footwear and sporting goods industries. Die Cutting Utilizing punch press operation and over five thousand cutting die-tools in stock, we have the ability to die-cut your product to meet your quality requirements. Our in-house tooling department can also produce new tools within hours from receiving the customer's specifications. From when we receive your new enquiry in the morning, we have the capability to dispatch your complete order in the same afternoon. Compress Molding We have developed an unique process of thermoforming foam and fabric combinations. From the simplest single density foam to multi-density composite layer foam we can produce what you need. Engineering & Tooling Shop Design assistance and product development is available upon request. We are capable of developing and receiving AutoCAD and Mastercam design formats. Our equipment and experience allow us to manufacture complete molds, run through tests, and complete assembly in house. These capabilities truly set us apart. We can see your project from the concept board to goods in the shortest period of time. Custom Assembly and Packaging We will custom assemble and package any product manufactured per your specifications. Also, we will do additional contract services as needed to meet your specific requirements, such as: printing, stitching, and painting. No order is too big or too small for us to provide our superior services. Thermal Forming This is the molding process where foam is heated and molded in a heat press machine. The mold is specially designed so that the heat can be transferred evenly through out the mold. Our integrated molding facility and years of experience ensure that we do this to the highest quality levels in the industry.

Using out lean manufacturing process and vertically intergraded facilities, Dahsheng is capable of offering flexible manufacturing solutions and individual support to our clients. At Dahsheng, we are constantly seeking new technologies, developing new processes, and create new ideas to make sure we provide our clients with the most advanced foam cushions. Capabilities All Dahsheng Facilities are ISO 9001:9002 certified and are capable of handling large volumes. We can offer both design and manufacturing service at the following locations. We also have an in-house test lab center where we can test the materials for you. Molded latex Foam

Description: Molded Latex Foam comes in a variety of densities. The material it self can be engineered to the comfort level you need. It can also be laminated on to synthetic fabrics, natural leathers, etc. The material itself is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and odor resistant. Excellent material for cushioning. Tooling Cost: Low Turnaround: Very fast Color: Can be adjusted Process: One of the most efficient ways to manufacture latex foam cushions. In this process, the latex formulation is poured on to an aluminum mold. Then the mold slowly goes through a vulcanization tunnel which cures the latex foam product. Once the latex foam is out of the vulcanization tunnel, the latex and mold goes through a 3 stage cooling cycle, then washed, and released from the mold. Once released from the mold, the molded latex is dried and packaged based on customer specification.
